Appointment of HRH The Prince of Wales KG KT PC ADC as Colonel Welsh Guards
Buckingham Palace has announced that His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales KG KT PC ADC has been appointed Colonel of the Welsh Guards. As a Regiment we are delighted with this appointment and warmly welcome His Royal Highness into our fold and greatly look forward to establishing a strong relationship.
At the same time we would also wish to pay tribute to our King who has supported our Regiment so much since appointed our Colonel in 1975. All of us would want to thank His Majesty most warmly for his untiring and devoted service to our Regiment over so many years.
