1st Battalion Welsh Guards entered a team for Ex FROSTED BLADE 34 (1st December 2018 to 12th January 2018) which is the Infantry Ski Team training and selection exercise in preparation for the Divisional championships from 13th January 2019 onwards.
It gives the opportunity to train both advanced and novice skiers in alpine ski racing in order to select an infantry team.

LCpl Prothero is improving on a daily basis and is proving to be one of the best skiers in the Welsh Guards Alpine team.
